REGULATIONS:

• All exhibits must be home made and home baked and must be the work of the exhibitor
• Exhibit entries must be delivered in oven bags with twist ties to retain freshness
• Attach entry number to plate with cello tape
• “Plain” – No additives eg icing, fruit, nuts, etc
• Decorated classes judged for decoration only – will not be cut – must use edible decorations
• Packet Cake may be used
• Deliver to Main Pavilion Saturday 10th – 8.00 – 9.30 am

NA Junior Cooking – 6 years and under

• NA1 Four decorated Arrowroot biscuits
• NA2 Figure made with scone dough and baked

NB Junior Cooking – 8 years and under

• NB1 Four decorated Arrowroot biscuits
• NB2 Figure made with scone dough and baked

NC Junior Cooking – 10 years and under

• NC1 Four chocolate crackles
• NC2 Four decorated Arrowroot biscuits
• NC3 A figure made with scone dough and baked
• NC4 Four pikelets – displayed with packaging
• NC5 Plain packet cake
• NC6 Four iced cup cakes

ND Junior Cooking – 13 years and under

• ND1 Plain sponge sandwich (no icing or filling)
• ND2 Six cup cakes (not iced)
• ND3 Six scones – plain
• ND4 Six plain biscuits – one variety
• ND5 Best novelty cake (not to be cut)
• ND6 Plate of six muffins
• ND7 Confectionery (three pieces each of two varieties)
• ND8 Plain packet cake – displayed with packaging
• ND9 Four iced cup cakes

NE Junior Cooking – 16 years and under
